Well it looks like we finally get access to the workshop rear now so that we can (finally) get started with fitting the extraction system and then getting the new casting room set up. Its been a horrid 3-4 week delay and its really hit our stock levels badly which, I'm sure, is as frustrating for you as it is for us.

Well, hopefully, just this one week now and we will be casting back on a daily basis and getting everything to decent stock levels.

Meanwhile another little "Mini-fubar" is messing us about and stopping us getting the new 15mm WWII stuff On the he website: we upgraded the PC to windows Vista and "Lo and behold" the PC now wont communicate at all with our camera - so at the moment we cant add any images of new finished scenery items.
After spending a week trying to get the camera to be recognised it transpires that Vista will never see it and we'll be better off going back to XP - don't  you just love Microsoft? I guess I can load a second operating system on a partitioned drive, rather than wiping everything, either way its another time-sink we could do without... especially with Warfare rapidly approaching in November!

At least I managed to get the Infinity figures on the store AND get a game in on Thursday night - it looks like a very good system but certainly not something for the fainthearted or scenery-shy. Personally I cant wait getting stuck in to some more sci-fi scenery but I have an urgent date with a medieval vampire castle before i can go and "Play"....

We have added "Infinity" by Corvus Belli to the store:

This is an excellent skirmish level wargame using manga/anime inspired figures around 30mm in size, it requires a lot of scenery to be played as intended and you can go absolutely wild with detail right down to gaming inside buildings and even individual rooms.

We have most of the figures listed for each of the 6 factions but are waiting on some of the newest releases to reach us.

Please note that we are also using the latest prices and you may notice that some figures have gone up in price and some down!

We offer 10% off all figures from the (new) RRP and any customers spending over £50.00 on Infinity figures will also receive a blister of our own sci-fi scenery for free.

We're pleased to announce that we now stock the excellent "Mat-O-War" gaming mats.

Mat-O-War is a specially created lightweight, durable and vari-colored gaming mat that is ideal for wargaming on and especially for those who want to take their gaming mat to the club, competitions or for use at home. It's hard to describe precisely what they are like but imagine taking your multi-colored green static grass, compressing it tightly together with a bonding agent, then rolling it out as a mat... and you won't be far from the mark.

Here's a link to the manufacturers gallery where you can see for yourself just how good these mats look and how well they tie-in with static-grass mixes

The masts come in two different (varied) colours Green and Desert Beige and can be cut too-size to suit you: a standard 2m x 2.5m (6'6" x 8'2") mat works out to only £27.99p. Remember that you can use both sides of these mats so you even spray-paint or stain areas on them to represent fields or roads, whilst keeping the other side as plain ground.
